Ingredients:

  1. Oats – 1 Cup (Quaker)
  2. Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
  3. Milk – 1 Cup
  4. Vinegar – 1 Tsp
  5. Brown sugar – ½ cup (as per taste)
  6. Egg – 1 (Lightly beaten)
  7. Butter – ½ cup
  8. Salt – ¼ tsp (I used salted butter, so omitted the salt)
  9. Baking Powder – 1 Tsp
  10. Baking Soda – ½ Tsp
  11. Blueberries – ½ cup

Method:

Step 1: Preheat oven for 15 minutes on 180c
Mix Vinegar in milk and keep it for 10 minutes. It will curdle and work as buttermilk.
Step 2: Pulse oats for a minute to make a coarse mix.
Step 3: Add milk vinegar mix in oats and stir well.
 
Mix them up!
Step 4: Beat egg, sugar and butter lightly.

Step 5: Mix wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Sift 2-3 times.
Step 6: Add egg mixture in oats buttermilk bowl and stir well.
Step 7: Add Flour mix to Oats bowl and mix in gently till no lumps are present.

Step 8: Line muffin tray.

Step 9: Dust blueberries in floor and fold it in ingredients bowl.
Step 10: Fill muffin cups ¾ full or in equal amount

Step 11: Place it in oven bake it on 180c for around 20 minutes or till he centre comes out clean.
