Today, we have a delicious, wholesome recipe from our Kiddilicious expert Jayalakshmi Sakthivelan. Made with wholesome Samba Wheat and blended with the goodness of ghee and dry fruits, these laddoos are just waiting to be gobbled up!

Add this Samba Wheat Laddoo recipe to your repertoire of easy wheat recipes – a wonderful twist to our popular Rava laddoos.
What you need:
Fine Samba Wheat Rava -2 cups
Coconut -½ grated
Jaggery -1 ¾ cup
Water -1 ½ cup
Cardamom powder -1 tsp
Ghee -2 tbsp
Cashew broken -2 tbsp
Nutmeg- ½ tsp
How it all comes together as an easy wheat recipe snack:
Add 1 tsp ghee
Roast cashew and keep aside.
Add rest of ghee, roast Rava till aroma emanates.
Boil water, add jaggery, boil till it melts.
Add grated coconut, roasted Rava, close lid, and cook till water is absorbed.
Add Cardamom powder, Nutmeg powder, roast cashew.
Take portions on a plate, roll into medium size balls.
Steam in a steamer.
Serve hot or cold!
